1.工作坊主旨

在全球化的今天，跨文化传播不仅是文化交流的桥梁，更是国际对话的重要场域。然而，当前国际传播中常面临一个困境：中国故事虽已在国际舆论场被听见，却往往未能引发共情与理解，反而招致误解、偏见甚至敌视。与此同时，人工智能（AI）技术的快速发展为文化传播提供了新的工具与视角，不仅改变了传播方式，还深刻影响着受众的心理认知、情感态度和价值观。本次工作坊旨在探索AI技术如何助力跨文化传播，聚焦国际对话中用户心理的理解与调适，寻找“共识理解”和“情同与共”的传播新路径。这是一个小规模、注重深度讨论与互动的活动，汇集传播学、人工智能、心理学、哲学等领域的学者与研究者，共同探讨AI在分析受众心理、优化传播策略及促进国际理解中的作用，同时反思其潜在挑战与伦理问题。

Theme

In today's globalization, cross-cultural communication is not only a bridge for cultural exchange, but also an important venue for international dialogue. However, there is a dilemma in international communication: although China's story has been heard in international public opinion, it often fails to trigger empathy and understanding, and instead attracts misunderstanding, prejudice and even hostility. At the same time, the rapid development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has provided new tools and perspectives for cultural communication, which not only changes the mode of communication, but also profoundly affects the audience's psychological cognition, emotional attitude and values. This workshop aims to explore how AI technology can help cross-cultural communication, focusing on the understanding and adjustment of users' psychology in international dialogue, and searching for new communication paths of “consensus understanding” and “common feelings and common ground”. This is a small-scale, in-depth discussion and interactive event, bringing together scholars and researchers in the fields of communication, artificial intelligence, psychology, philosophy, etc., to discuss the role of AI in analyzing audience psychology, optimising communication strategies, and promoting international understanding, as well as reflecting on its potential challenges and ethical issues.
